The Crock Pot Miracle

Ok, so why did no one ever tell me how easy using a crock pot is?  Besides the paranoid side of me that worries the house is burning down or smoking, it is so easy!  I made pulled pork with a boneless pork shoulder and an onion.  I sliced the onion, put half on the bottom of the pork, half on top filled with water and set for eight hours.  And then there it was at the end of the day- done, ready.  I put some fantastic Slopes BBQ sauce on it and voila- dinner!
